I had to manually remove all protocol bindings from my virtual adapter GUID identified via wmic nicconfig get description,settingid and after some tedious mouse-work I finally have a dedicated NIC for one of my VMs.

I simply didn't remove the bindings from both "Current Sontrol Set"s the last time, that's why it didn't work.
